Juan Sever

Originally from Venezuela, Juan has called the United States home for the past 13 years. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in construction management from Venezuela, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Construction has been a major part of his life and career. His experience began with tunnel-form construction and multifamily projects and has evolved over more than 12 years of hands-on leadership across multifamily, commercial, and industrial-commercial construction, with a strong focus on Tilt-Wall construction.

Throughout his career, Juan has developed extensive expertise in building projects from the ground up, including sitework, building shell, structural coordination, interior construction, MEP systems, and project turnover. His strength lies in understanding the entire construction process and leading teams to successfully deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

His approach to leadership was influenced early in life by his father, who always recognized his natural ability to lead. His father often reminded him that his greatest strength was his ability to “walk the middle of the road”—to remain balanced, fair, and focused when making decisions. That philosophy has remained a fundamental part of his leadership style throughout his career.

Today, he brings together decades of construction experience, technical knowledge, field expertise, and a people-first leadership approach. For him, construction is more than a profession—it has been a significant part of his life, shaping who he is as a professional and as a leader.
