Andy Burnham

Mr. Burnham is an Original Founder and serves as President and CEO of White Oak.

Mr. Burnham is responsible for the overall business plan, investor relations, project execution and supervision of all the company’s activities.

Mr. Burnham has more than 28 years of experience in the multifamily investment and development sector and has been involved in the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of more than 25,000 housing units in Florida.

Prior to the formation of White Oak, Mr. Burnham worked on numerous private real estate investments and developments in southeast Florida, and until 2001 held various asset management and development positions with JPI. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Arkansas. 

An active leader in the real estate industry, Mr. Burnham is involved in several associations and boards, including ULI and the Southeast Florida Apartment Association (SEEFA). He is a licensed real estate broker and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Mr. Burnham enjoys spending time with his family – wife Beth, daughter Reese, sons Jack, Will and Drew. His other passions are running and hunting. He is active in community affairs and has received numerous honors in his career, including JPI Developer of the Year, National Business School Merit Award, and National Scholar Athlete.
