Mr. Burnham is responsible for the overall business plan, investor relations, development execution and supervision of all the company’s activities. Mr. Burnham has more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily investment and development sector and has been involved in the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of more than 25,000 housing units in Florida. Mr. Rodriguez is Vice President of Development of White Oak and is responsible for the development, coordination, execution, and supervision of new developments. Prior to joining White Oak, he held similar positions in Florida with Gables Residential, Greystar, and Altman Companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rodriguez worked for several Development Companies and Consulting Engineering firms in the Northeast. He has over 20 years of experience in mixed-use, retail, commercial, multifamily development, and government construction. Mr. Ojeda is Vice President of Construction of White Oak Construction and is responsible for the construction of new developments. Prior to joining White Oak, he held a similar position in Construction Management at Florida Lemark Corporation. He has over 15 years of experience in Vertical Construction and Restoration and has specialized in Multi-Family Construction over the past 8 years overseeing construction and turnover of over 1,000 units in the South Florida Area. Mr. Lopez is the Director of Accounting for White Oak and is responsible for the accounting functions for the construction company and parent/ownership entities. He has over 20 years of experience of developmental accounting ranging from Hotel, Land Development, and Single/Multi Family Homes. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business and Management from Florida International University. Mr. Lopez enjoys spending time with his wife – Andrea, and volunteering at a local animal shelter.
Mr. Spanioli is Director of IT for White Oak. He is responsible for managing and troubleshooting all of the IT infrastructure including the network hardware, mobile devices, laptops, and all other equipment used to ensure efficient operations. Prior to joining White Oak, he worked for CCHomes for 7 years and held IT positions with other reputable companies including Dell.
